Submittals is for all project team members, which includes owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors.

The BuildFlow account owner pays for Submittals. An individual project invoice is sent each month for active BuildFlow services, which can easily be used for reimbursement.

Submittals is billed per project monthly. The monthly project cost is based on the number of projects using Submittals. Submittals can be turned on or off on a project at any time.

There is no limit to the number of users, submissions or customer support.

A BuildFlow account specialist will review your estimated volume to calculate the appropriate unit rates.

How do you add submissions in digital and or paper-based format? 

Most submittals are available in digital format. BuildFlow Providers can scan, print and deliver any submittal on demand with same or next day service.

Yes, you can use whatever markup software you prefer.
