It is the people behind the software. Our customer support team is always available to assist project team members. We are from the building industry and know the RFI process well.
The BuildFlow account owner pays for RFI. An individual project invoice is sent each month for active BuildFlow services, which can easily be used for reimbursement.
RFI is billed per project monthly. Total cost is based on the number of projects using RFI each month. RFI can be turned on or off on a project at any time. There is no limit to the number of users, RFIs or customer support.
A BuildFlow account specialist will review your estimated volume to calculate the appropriate unit rates.
Yes, there can be multiple RFI administrators, answer administrators and contributors.
RFI administrators can change the ball in court before an RFI is issued for an answer. Once the RFI is issued only the answer administrator can set or change the ball in court and action required.
