Who uses Messaging? 

Messaging is for all project team members, which includes owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors.

It is the people behind the software. Our customer support team is always available to assist. We are from the building industry and know messaging requirements and workflows well.

Each notice sent is customized for the recipient, which makes messaging to many people much more clear and focused.

Who pays and how much does it cost? 

The BuildFlow account owner pays for Messaging. An individual project invoice is sent each month for active BuildFlow modules, which can easily be used for reimbursement.

Messaging is billed per project monthly. The monthly project cost is based on the number of notice recipients. Messaging can be turned on or off on a project at any time. There is no limit to the number of users, templates, notices sent or customer support.

Is there a limit to how many times a notice can be resent? 

Notices sent can easily be retrieved and resent as many time as needed.
